  2. Digital Resource Management: Maintain and update digital libraries, learning management systems (LMS), and online repositories.
  3. Accessibility and Distribution: Ensure equitable access to resources for all learners, including those with disabilities.
  4. Collaboration with Educators: Work closely with faculty to develop and integrate resources into curricula.
  5. Research Support: Provide tools and materials to facilitate academic research and innovation.
  6. Community Engagement: Partner with local organizations to promote education and sustainable development.
  7. Training and Workshops: Offer training sessions for students and faculty on utilizing resources and technologies effectively.
  8. Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of resources and services to ensure alignment with the college’s vision and mission.
  9. Technology Integration: Implement and support digital platforms that enhance access to learning resources and facilitate online learning.
  10. Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from users to continuously improve the range and quality of resources offered.
