Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems, including servers, networking equipment, and classroom technology.
• User Support: Provide technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and educational technology tools.
• System Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect college data and information systems. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Training and Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to educate users on new technologies, software applications, and best practices for IT usage.
• Innovation and Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance the learning experience, including cloud computing, learning management systems, and data analytics tools.
